Sized around what you are storing
Most people underestimate this. A shed for a mower and garden tools is a different structure to one holding a workbench, a trailer and a boat, and the wrong size becomes obvious about a month after it goes up. We measure the space on site, talk through what is going in it now and what is likely to end up in it later, then size the footprint, the height and the door openings around that.
Door width and internal height matter as much as the floor area. A shed you cannot get the trailer into is not much use, so we work those dimensions out before anything is ordered.

A shed carries wind and rain load the same as any other structure on the block, and the difference between one that lasts and one that does not is in the frame, the footings and the fixings. Every structure we build is engineered to Australian Standards for the conditions where it goes up: storm and wind loads on the Gold Coast, wind and the occasional hail in Melbourne.
We match the roof profile and the colour to your home so the shed reads as part of the property. If you want vehicle cover with an open feel, a carport may suit the job better, and we build those too.
